Liminal Psychotherapy, PLLC does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

Any information about superbills, out-of-network benefits, Mentaya, or reimbursement tools is provided for convenience only.

You are responsible for payment of fees, regardless of whether your insurance company reimburses you.
