This group is for women who:

This support group offers a compassionate & honest look at the realities of motherhood, combining psychoeducation, support, insight & concrete strategies & tools. Using Not Your Mother’s Postpartum Book as a loose framework to guide topics & discussions, we’ll explore the unspoken challenges that you face as a mother today and might be too afraid to admit out loud.

This group will be a space to talk about how you’re really feeling, the overwhelm & overstimulation, guilt for missing your old life, shame for feeling like you’re not “good enough", anger & emotional overwhelm that feels new or out of character. Motherhood is a massive transition, whether it’s the 1st or 3rd baby, that impacts all areas of your life where support & connection are the top mitigating factors in postpartum experiences. You don't have to do it all & you don't have to do it alone.
